How easy is the meal plan to follow?
My FRP system (Fast results Programming) not only applies to the workouts, it also applies to the meal plans.
By far the most important thing about any weight loss meal plan is how easy it is to actually stick with it.
For that reason, you'll see that the meal plan is not overly complicated and pseudo-scientific like so many other plans out there. It is simple and affordable to shop for, easy to prepare, and extremely effective for everyone.
I've included lots of batch cooking to save you time and also included 'off plan' days each week where you can eat whatever you like. The off plan days are a key ingredient (excuse the pun!) in the success of the plan because they make it much easier, psychologically, for people to stick with it until the end and get incredible results.
