Can I do your programmes if I am a beginner?
The programme to start with is my 12-week programme The Ultimate Shred (TUS).
I have designed TUS so that is starts more gently and builds up gradually through the weeks. I demonstrate every technique that you will need and I also give variations of each exercise for different fitness levels.
The programme starts with a fitness test which is hard for everyone (me included!) because it is designed to test your limit. Don't let this put you off. We'll repeat the test each month and you'll be amazed at how quickly your strength and fitness improves.
