Can I still join the programme if I have an under active thyroid?

Yes you can.

It may be more challenging for you to get results than for some other people but that doesn't mean you can't do it.

I know it's incredibly frustrating having an under active thyroid, but there are some things you can do to help. 

Obviously, being active and following a challenging fitness programme. 

Diet wise, I recommend making sure you are eating a high protein diet as protein makes you feel fuller for longer. There are also some foods that help suppress hunger e.g. Raw carrots and apple cider vinegar.

I also have two products that can help....Maca (a Peruvian root vegetable) that is ground down to a powder. I put it in porridge, protein shake or yoghurt and it is amazing for helping to balance hormones naturally. 

With an under active thyroid you aren't producing enough of a certain hormone so this can help balance things out. The second product is my Matcha. One of the main benefits of matcha is how much it helps to boost metabolism....this is incredibly important if you have an under active thyroid!
